Happy Birthday Peyton!!

We had a birthday lunch for Peyton at Nan and Pop's house Sunday afternoon. She was very excited about it! She wanted a Princess party this year. I took her to Sams to get a birthday cake...Yes, I know, I suck. I bought her cake, didn't make it. There is no excuse! it took her 20 minutes to pick one out. She ended up getting Princess cupcakes, the thing that caught her eye when we first walked up. But she had to eliminate all options before choosing! She had already picked out which one she was going to eat first before we left the store...Snow White in case you're wondering! Yesterday morning she woke up and ran into our room to get me up. "Today is my birthday party!!! i have to pick out my outfit from my wardrobe!!" So she went into her room to her dress up "wardrobe" and picked out her Snow White dress. She put it on, had her Snow White high heels, even had a red ribbon tied in her hair. She informed us that she looked "Spectacular!!" Hilarious!! But then we pulled up at Nan and Pop's and she started crying that she didn't want to get out of the car, she wanted to change. So no one but Matt and I got to see her looking so spectacular!
We had an awesome lunch (if I do say so myself) Stroganoff, fresh bread, sweet corn, real tomatoes, 7 layer salad, strawberries, fresh cucumbers, Jell-o Jigglers (nasty...just proves how much I love my daughter because I think Jell-o is one of the nastiest things ever!). Then we sang Happy Birthday and Peyton blew out her candles. We had to relight the candles for Adam and Ava...Kalee and Lily weren't interested in blowing them out! She opened her gifts and was very excited about everything! Thanks everyone!

Seeing her new bike!

We also went to Festival Days this weekend. The girls had a very fun time riding the rides with Alex, Mindy, Allie, Daddy, Goober, and Quarton! They also got to bounce in a bounce house and play some games to win prizes. I forgot the camera, but grandma took some pictures Friday night I think!
