Maybe I am boring...

Not much going on today. I was going to take the girls to the Children's Museum, but by the time Kalee woke up (9:00) and they got tubbies and lunch, they were crabby. So they are now napping and I am thinking about cleaning more in the off chance that someone will call and want to look at the house.

I am feeling very ahead of the game today. I actually planned for dinner tonight. We are having roast, potatoes, carrots, and homemade bread. The house smells pretty good right now!

Did everyone notice that mom is on facebook now? Friend her!

Matt bought me a birthday present. He wrapped it and it is sitting on top of our entertainment center. He says that I can sit and wonder what it is for 12 more days. He wrapped it so nicely...pretty wrapping paper and a matching bow tied around it. He even made the bow fancy. Sometimes that boy is just so nice...sometimes! I have been trying to get out of Peyton what it is, but she apparently doesn't know and Kalee just says it's a present. They both told me they were going to make me birthday cakes...Kalee wants me to have a Mousy cake (big surprise there!) and Peyton says I should go for Princesses. So many choices!

Every morning Matt makes himself coffee and puts it in a thermos. Today he did this, then came to tell me bye. I was leaning over getting Harley food, so he hit me on the butt with his thermos. Lucky me, he didn't close it all the way, and HOT coffee spilled on my butt cheek. Not the best feeling first thing in the morning, well, probably not anytime! What made it even worse was that last night, I tanned and got a bed upgrade so was a little red from that.

Wow, I am boring today. Sorry!

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! There may be a problem though...I think it is at the same time that DWTS is going to be on. Speaking of DWTS...di...

Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
