Busy, Busy

Wow, we've been busy lately...

Matt went to Florida on the annual boys trip to the shack. He said they had a fun time. They didn't catch anything though. No sharks this year! I am glad he is home. It's nice to have help again! Tara and I are trying to decide where we should go on a girls trip...leave the kids at home with daddy's!! Any suggestions...we need cheap!

Matt's Great Grandma Hatfill passed away yesterday. She had been in increasingly worse health. We will miss her. Her funeral is Thursday. We have to wait for all the family to get here. They are coming from all over.

The girls go back to the dentist Thursday morning. Hopefully they will do great again. It is the funnest office ever! Kalee is ready to take Mousy, Minnie, and Pluto with her to show Dr. Jerger! He loves Disney.

Friday, Peyton has kindergarten screening in Pawnee! Our first step to moving home!!! Yay!!! Can't wait! We had another couple look at the house Sunday and they acted like they really liked it. He said he would call with an offer once they heard from the guy buying their house. He called this morning and I missed the call, so hopefully he calls back and wants to make an offer!!!

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. I took some drugs and have been laying on a heating pad, so it is feeling a little better. I need to run, but just don't know if that will happen tonight. This puts a cramp in my training! Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
