Walls Revealed!

They took most of the wall forms off Wednesday.
So here are my basement walls!

I'm pumped!
Debbie and Kevin came out and looked.
I think this is the first time they have been to the site.
Matt hopes to rough in plumbing, etc this weekend.
The trusses are ordered.
I don't know how long they take to get.
But we are moving right along!

Not much else is going on.
Keeping busy watching the kiddies during the week.
Which leaves me completely drained by the end of the day!!
Two children two years apart is one thing...
4-5 children all the same age...can be slightly frustrating!
But we are having fun.

Matt plays softball again tomorrow. 
Third shift vs. First shift.
I don't know if I will go yet. 
It's the Pawnee PTO Carnival day and Peyton has free blowup playtime all day.
I'm not sure she will think Daddy playing softball is more fun than that...even though Daddy is pretty amazing!

Kalee is moving to the morning Preschool class.
Kinze and Ava are both going to the Grant class and Mrs. Baker asked me if I wanted to move Kalee to the morning tuition class since I watch them all and it might be more convenient for me.
I decided to do it.
There will only be 10 kids in her class, so I think that will be nice.
Hopefully she will think it's ok!

    Yay for walls!! How totally exciting to see your house coming together! I bet it's hard to wait for it to all be finished.

    Good suggestion on the scrapbook page with the "Oops" note. I think I'll be adding it to the baby book! Let's hope we don't get any more!

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! There may be a problem though...I think it is at the same time that DWTS is going to be on. Speaking of DWTS...di...

Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
