Oklahoma Highlights

Some of the highlights from our trip to Oklahoma...

We went bowling.
Katie and Jeromy are in a league every Thursday.
So the girls and I bowled while they did their thing with that.
Peyton almost beat me.
I am apparently a pathetic bowler.
Or maybe she is a prodigy...I will go with that one!!
They were so cute in their bowling shoes!

We went swimming a lot in Katie and Jeromy's pool.
They gave the girls tents for their birthdays.
They are tents in backpacks.
Very fun.
We set them up in the shade and they had a fun time playing Polly Pocket in and outside of them.
I admit that I sat in the hammock while they did this...it was a great vacation!

And in my attempt to take more pictures of me with the girls...here are some from this trip.
They don't care that I have on no makeup.
They don't care that I look tired.
They love me and will be happy to have pictures of me as life goes on.
(said aloud and repeated...)
At least I did my hair...

    Jeromy found them at Wal Mart...they came in a backpack with a water bottle, compass and the tents. They are super fun!

I Hurt

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. I took some drugs and have been laying on a heating pad, so it is feeling a little better. I need to run, but just don't know if that will happen tonight. This puts a cramp in my training! Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! There may be a problem though...I think it is at the same time that DWTS is going to be on. Speaking of DWTS...di...

Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
