Seriously?!
It's snowing?!
I was in flip flops yesterday.
I just got rid of the sinus infection.
This weather is killing me!!
Kalee is in her jammies today...it's her 100th day of school and they are having a pajama party.
Can you guess which ones she wore?
Yes, Minnie Mouse.
She was all set to wear a dress, short sleeve jammie, but given the before mentioned SNOW, I vetoed.
You can't go wrong with Minnie.
Peyton wore a skirt and socks that aren't really knee socks pulled up to her shins because she calls them knee socks.
That girl and her fashion sense!
It's Thursday...I don't like Thursdays.
I hope it will go by quickly!
I got home last night and our house trash was all over the field and creek across the street.
Insulation bags...everywhere.
Gale force winds...
Black walnut trees with those horrid thorns...
Mud...
Good times as I walked around picking it all up.
Well, mostly all of it, I couldn't get to a few of them.
Plus, the wind tore a siding corner piece off the house, ripped it to pieces and left it flapping.
Guess we will have to order another.
Fabulous.
The perils of living in a 5 acre field with no wind block to speak of!!
I have one week left of watching kids.
Then I have a to do list a mile long.
Maybe two miles long.
I laid in bed last night not sleeping because I was thinking of all that needs done in the next 5 weeks.
I'm feeling overwhelmed!
But I guess if it doesn't get done, it's not the end of the world.
Planning ahead is pointless when you don't know what your living situation will be.
I keep thinking I should get out baby stuff, but what's the point?
Until I know for certain that we won't be in the new house, I don't want to drag out a bunch of stuff that I will just have to repack.
I'm looking forward to time at home again.
I've missed it.
