We are boring this week

Thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes. I had a pretty good birthday. As good as you can have when you go to a visitation and have to stand outside in the snow for an hour to get in. It was crazy. I would say without a doubt that Cody was well loved by many people. He will definitely be missed.

Really not much had been going on here. I had an aha! moment this morning. Peyton looked at me and said "Momma, your belly looks like there is a baby in it." I guess I need to do some more sit ups. Like I said about the Daddy's big head comment, she is 3 and usually tells the truth. She has babies on her mind I guess. We are finally going to all go see Lily on Saturday. Hopefully it won't snow anymore! Peyton watched John and Kate Plus 8 at Grandma's yesterday and Grandma asked her if she wanted 8 brothers and sisters like that. 8 Kalee Jo's? Peyton said "no, not 8 Kalee's, 8 Peyton's!!!" It's a little crazy to think we could have had 3 Peyton's!

I missed Biggest Loser last night due to a long drive home in the snow. So I am sure I missed out on all the drama after last week. I do see that stupid Joelle is still there. I need to find a website with an episode recap!

Nan and Pop are back from Mexico. Pop called around 3 and said they were on their way to Kate and Steve's. I knew they wouldn't be home long before they went to see Lily Bug! He said they had a good time. I am anxious to hear more details.

We have noticed lately that Peyton is doing weird things with her eyes. She will look at you and close her right eye. Then when she opens it, she goes cross eyed. Or she will just be looking at you and go cross eyed. So her doctor referred us to a optometrist. She goes Feb 17. They said we will be there for 2 hours, so be prepared. She was always a cross eyed baby, but she grew out of that, so I don't know what is going on!

I guess we are boring the last few days. Not much is going on. The girls have been pretty calm. Though Peyton is currently telling Matt the times he can be naked. Like "in the shower, Baby!" Yes, she called him Baby. She is a strange one!

1/2 M: 5 miles tonight. I haven't run for a few days with all that has been going on. I am pumped for tonights run! Should be good since my knees have had a few days rest.

    I don't think you realize the following you have for your blog. I'm addicted and so are your other aunts. Please stop skipping days cuz you are the highlight of mine!!!!!!!!! The first thing I do is look to see if you have posted anything, and if not, I spend the whole day looking and it is so sad when you have not. No presure, I know you are very busy with the stars of your blog and have a ton of things going on, but, please, quit letting us hang!!!!!

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
