AAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
AAAHHHH!! That's how I have felt most of today. Crying kids, whining kids, grumpy hubby, sick, runny noses...the list goes on and on. So I guess it could be said that once again, we are having a day. I don't know what Peyton's deal is. She is a crab. She keeps whining and throwing fits. She just got sent to bed and screamed for a good 15 minutes. I choose to ignore behavior like that. So just let her scream away in her bed. She is asleep now. I guess that may be mean, but am NOT going to give her what she wants when she acts like that. GRRR. Kalee is clingy today. Her nose is running so I am sure the sickness that won't leave this house has returned to her. She was well for at least 5 days. Woo Hoo! Then Matt was home today and got to experience it all first hand as well. So I guess I shouldn't say that he is the only grumpy one, I am grumpy too. So I am going to run and get over it.

We had a fun day yesterday. Maybe that's why they are so crabby today. Too much going on. Megan spent the night Monday night. So they were wound for sound. Peyton was being a major show off. She wouldn't calm down. She was crazy. During the night, Kalee woke up crying. She cried for Momma, then Dada, then Meggie, Meggie, Meggie. I went in her room and laid with her and she kept asking for Meggie. They got to be good buddies. We went to the Children's Museum Tuesday. I love it there. They always have so much fun. It was not busy at all so it was very nice. I think Megan had fun too. Kalee and Megan played a lot with the train table and Peyton mostly just wanted to shop at the grocery store and play post office and bank. Then we went to La Fondita for lunch. YUMMY!! Such good Mexican. It's comparable to Los Agaves, maybe better! Then Megan had to leave, and the girls both cried. Kalee was yelling Meggie, and Peyton just kept saying I don't want her to go. Kalee also kept getting confused most of the day and was also calling Megan Kate. Kate, Kate!! But when Megan wouldn't answer, she would switch to Meggie! So we had a good visit with Megan. She went back today.

Matt has been looking at Wii's!!!! WOO HOO!!!! I am super excited. I asked him why he is suddenly interested in one when he told me we couldn't have one? He said cuz one of the guys at the firehouse keeps talking about his and how it is so fun. I guess from now on, if I want something, I need to talk to his fellow firemen and have them talk it up for me so that Matt will get interested. (Plus it can't hurt that Mindy did talk it up too!) Plus it helps I am sure that he did our taxes and we are getting some money back. But anyway, if we get one, I am totally having a Wii party to share the Wii fun with everyone!! Plus, I told him that we have to get Wii Fit, so he said OK!! OK, I am taking back what I said before about a grumpy husband, I feel bad for calling him that now that I think he might read this post and change his mind about the Wii. So I love you Matt! You are wonderful!

I am excited about this coming weekend. I made plans with Stacey to go see "He's Just Not That Into You". I have seen more movies in the last few months than I have seen in years. I guess I am realizing that it is OK for me to have a life outside of my children and husband. That I don't need to feel guilty for doing something for myself.

Well, I have 5 miles to run, so I better get to it. Good times!
