Never ending sickness
Kalee Jo is feeling much better these days. She is finally done with her meds and her BM's are back to normal. Thank God! Unfortunately, we spend an hour at the express care tonight with Peyton. Of course Matt is at work, so something had to happen. She has had a bad cough for a few weeks. I always feel bad letting it go that long, but the doctor keeps saying coughs linger and there's nothing we can do. Well, every time, it turns into something more. So she has a double ear infection and croup. She has had croup before, so it is not as scary this time. I don't like when she does her seal bark cough. But she has never has an ear infection before. She is now on 3 different kinds of meds. Will it ever end?!?

We spent some time outside today. Not as much as I would have liked, but even though it was warm, it wasn't overly warm and I didn't think Peyton needed to be out too much. I did spend most of my time outside picking up dog crap. One thing I gratefully let go during the winter is poop pickup duty. But when the girls want to play outside, I don't want them stepping in crap, so I spent a long time picking it all up...3 months worth...and there was a lot! And Harley doesn't just have one area he likes to go, he likes to spread the wealth. So it was everywhere.

I missed going to Jim's birthday party because of sick Peyton. Sorry Lori...I did want to come. I hope you all had fun. Tell Jim Happy Birthday.

We are supposed to go to Nan and Pop's tomorrow for a family dinner and Mae is having a 1st birthday party, but I need to do some research. I don't know if Peyton is contagious. If she is, we won't be going anywhere. Especially with Lily Bug being around. The last thing she needs is to be exposed to Sickness. Megan and I are doing the big run tomorrow (hopefully). We are running the race route...13.1 miles. We hope we can do it.
