Randomness from the Hinds house

Not much to tell today. Peyton went to school and very happily showed off her new hair. She is cracking me up cuz she keeps looking in the mirror every chance she gets! It didn't curl up after washing like I thought it would. It actually looks a lot like Kate's hair used to look when she was a little girl. So maybe there is hope yet that she will not end up with yucky curls like me and spend her life straightening them out!! She will be pretty like Aunt Kate!

These are just some random pictures of the girls playing dress up. Please notice Kalee's pretty smile. This is what she does when I ask her to smile pretty. She is SO me. I could show you countless pictures of me doing the same thing! If fact, I'll just scan some in. On the back of this picture, I wrote "dum smile"! HA! Then, move on to her super awesome Fancy nancy dress, Legwarmers (yes, legwarmers!!) and slippers. She thought she was HOT STUFF!!! She even slept in the legwarmers this day.

Also here is the conversation with Peyton about her posing...

P: "Wait!! I have an idea!!"

We may have been going for the suprised look in the second one. I am not really sure!

Other pictures of me... I'm the same age as Peyton in the first one. Kalee tells me it is not Momma, it's Peytee!!. I think Kalee looks like me in the second one.

    OMG......how freakin cute. You girls were the cutest and now your girls are the cutest. I remember you with that rabbitt!!! And, it is soooo funny one of them has the background at the Nunnery!!! You can never, ever deny your girls. We want MORE pics of you and your sissies when you were little and your girls now. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I Hurt

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! There may be a problem though...I think it is at the same time that DWTS is going to be on. Speaking of DWTS...di...

Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
