It's here!

I worried all day yesterday.
I sat at Mandy's watching the kids slightly distracted because I wanted to be home.
(Don't worry, no child was in danger...I wasn't that distracted!)
Would the UPS man bring my package?
Would it be something you had to sign for so he would just leave a note saying he was there?
Was it there and sitting outside on the step waiting for the downpour?
Then it started pouring.
POURING!!
I freaked out.
NOT MY NEW CAMERA!!!
I died a little inside thinking it was sitting on the step getting wet and ruined.
I hadn't even had a chance to look at it.
Matt wouldn't get off our roof to check for me (even with before mentioned downpour).
I had too many kids and not enough car seats.
Finally Pop got home.
He assured me it was sitting inside the breezeway.
Not wet at all.
Waiting for me to open it.
So I got home and did just that!!
Put the memory card in.
Put the battery in.
New (awesome) lens on.
Turned it on.
NOTHING.
Why, oh why can't new toys come with the batteries charged?!
Two and a Half hours later...battery charged!!
CAMERA IS AMAZING!!!
Soon I will take the time to load software onto computer so I can share some pictures.

I am happy today.
PS...I also got my Dahlia ring and it is amazing.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

I Hurt

I hurt my back. It hurts bad. I can hardly nod my head without it hurting. I don't know what happened. But it hurts in case you didn't get that. Day 2

Day 2 went just as well as day 1 of Preschool. It seems too good to be true! Oh well, I'll take it! Peyton went right in and did her "jobs" (putting away her bag, folder and picking her drink). Then she went to play with a puzzle and read a book. No tears, no clinging, AWESOME!! Kalee was upset again that she didn't get to stay. She kept saying I want to play with the tractor puzzle at school. So she and I spent the morning playing outside. It's so funny how happy she is once we get home. I think she loves not having the competition for the toys or the bossiness that is Peyton telling her how to play! She had every baby out and every stroller with them. Plus, her tricycle, 4 wheeler, shopping cart, firetruck... I have a new TV obsession...Melrose Place. Sad, but true. I watched it last night and am hooked. Can't wait for next week! There may be a problem though...I think it is at the same time that DWTS is going to be on. Speaking of DWTS...di...

Sunny Monday

We had a fun day today. After Peyton got upset that Daddy and Pop were going to the ball park without her...it was a boys day...we decided to have a girls day. She told me that on girls days, you read stories and sing songs. Well, we haven't done any of those things yet, but we did swim a little in the freezing cold big pool. Then the girls swam in their little pool. They both brought their babies to the pools, so they had fun. I put the solar cover on the pool as soon as I got them out of it!! It's amazing that they don't ever think the water is cold! Peyton sliding with her baby Kalee "swimming." She sat in this little bucket for about 10 minutes! We had lunch and the girls napped. Then we went to the mall play place. I gave them the option of the playground and feeding the ducks or the play place. Peyton wanted the play place. Really, I think they have more fun playing on the little cars that move when you put money in them. They don't even need them to...
