Random Tuesday

Yesterday was Valentine's Day.
So I got to go to Kalee's class for their party.
They were playing in the gym when I got there.
She was running around half of the gym in circles.
Made me sweat just watching her!
But they were all having so much fun!

They came back to the classroom for a Valentine story and snack.
They had two cookies, chex mix, a cupcake, oranges, grapes, and a juice box.
Basically a meal.
She sat and ate nearly all of it.
Then they got to look through their Valentine sacks.
She thought it was pretty awesome.

Peyton also came home with a huge bag of valentines and candy!
She wouldn't let me take a picture though!

We went to Chuck E Cheese Sunday night for Mae's birthday party.
Here's the girls eating their pizza.
I wish I could have gotten a picture of them walking into the place!
Their eyes were as big as saucers and they were just looking around like it was a foreign planet.
Guess I need to expose them to more crazy situations (something I like to avoid at all costs!!).
To say they were overwhelmed by it all is an understatement.
They didn't know what to do!
But they learned pretty quick and had a great time playing games and winning prizes.

I've been sick the last two days.
Darn it!!
I had started to think I was over the hump.
I still get sick every morning, but then feel mostly normal the rest of the day.
No more all day nausea feeling.
Until yesterday and today.
I almost threw up at Kalee's party.
I was sitting with her and started to feel yuck...I knew there was a kid in the bathroom, so I was trying to decide to make a run for it down the hall or aim for a trash can.
Luckily some deep breaths and sitting still let it pass.
I must have looked bad though, Mrs. Baker came up to make sure I was ok.

Matt and Kevin got all the roof panels put on yesterday.
There is still finish work to do on the roof...ridge caps and such...
I think he's pretty happy to have the majority of the work done!
The electrician and framing inspections were done yesterday as well.
Passed both of them.
So once plumbing is done (Ty says he will be done this weekend) and HVAC (they are supposed to be there this week to finish), we can insulate, then on to drywall!
Then I can't even begin to list all the finish work...ugh!
11 Weeks until Baby Hinds is here...

That's about all the randomness I have today.
